About My Account

While your Dashboard enables you to view and manage your insurance quotes and policies online, your Account screen lets you manage other elements of our service online, such as changing passwords, downloading documents or updating how you pay.

The available options will vary depending on what policies you hold and may include:

• My Sign In Details:
  • Change your registered user name
  • Change the email address you use to log in with
  • Change the password you use to log in with
• My Contact Preferences
  • Manage contact preferences
• Accounts I Manage:
  • Review whose account you are authorised to manage and choose a default customer
• Manage Payment Options:
  • Add payment cards
  • Delete payment cards
  • Update payment cards
  • Amend the primary card to use for future payments
  • Add bank details for refunds
  • Use an account balance
• Past Payments:
  • View payments invoiced/paid, refunds, or the current balance
• Future Payments:
  • View when any future instalments are due and their amount, by policy number
• Documents: 
  • View key emails (e.g. new policy confirmation) and download related documents
• Manage Customer Details:
  • Amend selected personal details (e.g. occupation) and contact details (e.g. email)
• Make A Claim
• Invite An Authorised Manager: 
  • Invite someone (e.g. a co-owner) to manage the account for you
• Manage Authorised Managers:
  • What is an authorised manager? 
  • Review who can manage your account and change or delete their authority

To access the 'My Account' screen simply log in to Visicover and select 'My Account' from the main menu.
